Any provider through its own API key, plus Ollama and LM Studio. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot and SuperGrok log in with OAuth. The docs say Anthropic prohibits using Claude Pro or Max subscriptions with OpenCode, so the Claude plan is not listed.
