The plans are Le Chat plans shared with chat, not a separate Vibe subscription. Mistral plans are not in the plan enum, so they are listed as tiers here. Tab completion is a feature of the IDE extensions, not the CLI. Zed support runs over ACP.

Mistral Local models BYOK

Mistral models by default, through a Mistral plan or an API key from Mistral Studio. The docs say the CLI also runs fully offline with local models or against any compatible API key, configured as a provider in config.toml.
